I forgot my master password

Nobody can recover it, including the developer: the database is encrypted with it, and changing it always needs the current one. Keep it written down somewhere safe, or keep a backup of the database with a password you know.

LOKR asks me to sign in to Google again

Google ends sign-ins for apps in testing after seven days. Sign in again from the sync status; your data is not affected.

Two devices changed the same entry

LOKR uploads nothing until you decide: it shows both versions and lets you keep either one or combine fields. With many conflicts you can keep all from this device or take all incoming.

Removing LOKR from a device

Use Settings > Forget this device, or uninstall the app. Your databases in Google Drive stay as they are. See the privacy policy for details.
